Yes. The replay is the full event, and many people listen on Thursday morning. The one thing it cannot hold is the First Fifteen, the short activation Ken gives everyone in the Zoom room before each event starts, which is live only. Thankful falls the night before Thanksgiving, so the replay is there if the evening fills up.
